1. Go to your Profile, tap Settings and then select Account.
2. Select Change your login credentials, then select Change password.
3. Type the desired password under new password, re-enter the password in the box below. Your password should contain at least 7 characters, 1 number, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and (optional) a special character.
4. Then select Continue.

Your password has been changed.

1. Go to the Login page in Clikk.
2. Select Forgot your username or password?

Restore or change passwords through Username or Email address:
1. Enter your username or email address.
2. Tap Continue.
3. See that the information is correct and press Continue.
4. You will then get a code sent by E-mail, enter the code.
5. Congratulations, your password has been changed.

Recover password through Phone:
1. Enter your phone number.
2. Tap Continue.
3. See that the information is correct and press Continue.
4. You will then get a code sent by sms, enter the code.
5. Congratulations, your password has been changed.
